He was curt, almost immediately cut me off as I began telling him how I injured my leg. Never had a physician do that. His reactions and input were minimal. As though I needn't have come in, made me feel foolish and unimportant. It's sad I must say these things.

He did tell me that the increase in use of my inhaler indicated need of an increase in treatment for my asthma. I was not expecting it and like time to think about next steps. He doesn't push but let me evaluate just when and why I may need an increase by paying closer attention to how and what I was doing daily to understand why, and I can see where it can help so I did message him on My Chart that I can understand why he feels that way so we can take next steps. I happened so gradually over time it had not been obvious to me. I appreciated his patience and know he will put me on the right path.
