Dr. James Eric Moore

I was pretty nervous about my appointment initially, but from the staff to Dr Moore, they all made me feel very comfortable. The root canal took less time then my crown! I will absolutely recommend my friends and family.

I went to Eastman Dental a year ago for cleaning. I was told I needed a crown on cracked tooth. I went in for crown and dentist said it wasn't bad and didn't want to disturb a good tooth. Went in 6 month later for cleaning now it needs crown, from looking at old x-ray. Went in for crown, can't do , needs root canal. Waited three weeks for appointment until Moore made his visit to Eastman Dental. Now here is about Moore. I went in for the root canal . Of all the work I have ever had done by any dentist for any procedure including root canals and bone surgery this dentist is the most painful and roughest I have ever had. He had major difficulty just getting out the old filling and even made comments to assistant about it. Because of his incompetence I feel he destroyed much more of the tooth than needed and caused major gum invasion around the tooth. after he finished I saw the The Eastman dentist for the crown but he was too busy to do the final crown and just put a temp on it. I… will have to go back in a week to get the final crown. Doing that week I have had nothing but trouble and pain with the tooth and root canal. When I called to tell about it I was given the usual excuses and then told to come in and they would look at it, AT AN ADDITIONAL office visit fee. There mess up and I have to pay extra. Terrible experience with both Eastman Dental and Dr. Moore who visits once per week to do his dirty deed.

Gave me so much attention even though they could not figure out my problem that day.
