Dr. James Randall Mull, MD

This doctor dismissed me, an existing patient, because I complained about the poor service I was receiving. I have never heard of a doctor sending a patient away for expressing legitimate concerns. Extremely unprofessional.

Had a 12:15 appointment time it’s now 2:00 still have yet to be in to see the doctor and still 2 people ahead of us. Don’t plant on keeping your appointment time if you come here! Unacceptable!!

Seen Dr. Mull for a knee revision. I was in pretty bad shape and had been for 6 years. After 2 years with the VA merry-go-round, Dr. Mull accepted the challenge. What a difference. I was up and walking the same day after surgery. I never would have expected that. Within 2 weeks I was off the walker and walking without any aids. Dr. Mull promised he would have me walking. And that he did. A warm, sincere doctor who will explain things to you that you can understand. Thanks, Dr. Mull! You did an outstanding job. My family is grateful for your service.

VISITED DR. MULL, WAS VERY CONSISE, INFORMATIVE AND BASICALLY GAVE THE OPTIONS AND TREATMENTS TO YOU IN ONE BOWL. TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND HOW TO MAKE THEM BETTER. NO PRESSURE. GOOD MANNERS.

Awesome Doctor

Dr. Mull is the greatest!!! He listens and does not jump to a surgical solution. I trust him implicitly.

I had many people recommend him before I made my appointment and have never regretted it. Caring, concerned and personally involved in my treatment and follow up. I have since recommended him to others.

I never really got to have much conversation with the man but I was told I was in his top 10 of bad shoulders its been 5 months since the operation I couldnt be more pleased I am about 80% back to normal and the one request I asked of him was to be able to throw a softball with my daughter and he made it happen thank you so much Dr. Mull

I thought this doctor was going to help me, but he just cut me loose. I have a bad knee, not sure what is tore up, but his office called me, told me I had a lateral meniscus tear that is imposed, then they called me three hours later and told me I just had a bad spained knee. I wonder who told him not to treat me.

I highly recommend Dr. Mull! I had a great experience with him and it is nice to have a surgeon with a good bedside manner. I will definitely go back if I need anything else done.
