If you are planning salivary gland ablation for your child, stay away from it, absolutely scam procedure , only now I understand why you can’t find it anywhere besides one hospital in America . Dr.Murakami did this procedure for my son and it’s not only that it had 0 effect, my son got Bell’s palsy as a side effect. And when I emailed doctor that we had no results, he didn’t even bother to respond. Before the procedure he was very worried for our financial input, because we paid out of pocket, probably he knew from the beginning that it doesn’t work but he totally forgot to tell us about it, the only thing he said , that it’s not gonna teach my son to swallow it will decrease amount of saliva . Well amount of saliva is exactly the same and they provide misleading information on the website, it’s absolutely impossible that the same child would get and Bell’s palsy and no results. Just because it’s no information about procedure, only on nationwide Children's hospital I wanted to warn… other people from doing the same mistake, this procedure doesn’t work !!! And doctor doesn’t care!
