Dr. James George Murphy, MD

They are really unfriendly people I have never seen. First, the front desk lady, Grace, was rude to customers. She forced people to breastfeed all the time and never respect culture and the way patients prefer to. She let me think I was not a good mother because of bottle-feeding. I felt so pressure in the clinic. She even judged me I didn't sleep with my son at night. I felt uncomfortable whenever they asked me to breastfeed there. I just want to solve my son's tongue tie problem, not breastfeed. I have told them in the first visit. Obviously, they are not good listeners. She taught us how to breastfeed my son but he was crying like crazy whenever she did. Finally, she gave my son a lot of medicine to calm him down. That's the way she did. Dr. Murphy may be okay but her helping lady was definitely not. Anyway, I never come back again anymore. They provided the worst service and terrible for sure!
