DID NOT offer adequate care for a depressed adolescent.

In my opinion this place is a pill mill. Way too many medications, in my opinion and tons of benzo's no questions asked. The front desk is rude. For example, there was a billing mistake and my provider, some NPP who was just basically dealing drugs via a script pad, dropped me for asking a simple question of why I was billed this way. They also down play the addictive properties of the drugs, like xanax. I would never go here. It is my opinion these other reviews are fakes or written by people who love benzo's

In my opinion this is the worst providers office I have ever seen. I saw a provider in his office that was absolutely the worst.I feel they take advantage of the mentally ill by over prescribing and downplaying the effects of chemical dependency these drugs have. The provider I saw was awful. When I questioned a billing mistake I recall them threatening to call the police on me and then cut me off their practice with no continued medication. It is my opinion this is a pill mill and these are not people trying to help anyone. There is little wait time as they don't do anything except script addictive drugs. The front staff is the rudest people I have ever dealt with as well.

If he doesn't care for you or as a MD you call his emergency number... you will be ignored and then punished! Please please read other reviews from different review sites... Horrible ! You should be comfortable with your Doctor and not have a script hanging over your head.... that's exactly what he does!! If he doesn't like you... you are screwed and he will torture you!!!

After some comments made on Dr. Nelbone's reviews I was scared to death to meet with him. His was extremely professional, compassionate and kind. He is clearly well Educated and definitely has his patients best interest at hand. Very calm and reassuring. I would highly recommend him to anyone .

Gives out too many medications plus benzo's.

Dr James Malone was extremely empathetic in his therapeutic approach towards me I felt his therapeutic bedside manner was very appropriate I'm actually looking to get reconnected with his medical services again my hopes are to have him as my provider again

I've been messed up for a while an am happy I went to Nalbone. My family & I have never been better after he fixed me
