Dr James Natalie was great to work with. He got me in and out quickly and the injections went well. I would suggest him to anyone looking for treatment with pain management and guidance on injuries.

I had a very disturbing interaction with this provider. He “jumped” into my care when a scheduling error had been made in seeing my routine physician at COPC. He minimized the results of an MRI and the issues I was having with movement in my shoulder after an MVA. I allowed him to do an injection to this area as I was desperate to use my arm again. I have been writhing in pain ever since. I now have an appointment with an orthopedic shoulder specialist in the morning as well as have scheduled to see my routine COPC PM&R next week to review the same MRI results and discuss my continued inability to use my shoulder / arm.

Very friendly from the time you walk in till you leave. Dr. Natalie was very quick. That's a good thing if you are getting checked for carpal tunnel.

Dr. Natalie and his office failed my care multiple times. Particularly frustrating was when he answered the phone for a telemarketer during our appointment and then forgot to send my referral for surgery.

I waited 50 minutes to get shots on my appointment, only for the physician to notify me that there was a "miscommunication" between him and staff and they didn't have the substance for my shot available. Mind you, I had to wait 4 weeks for the appointment.

Seem very informed but not sure at this time.

I have a great regard for COPC physicians, but his doctor does not seem serious about the patients or their problems. I have gone there for a knee issue and he made his trainee PA do all his work. This trainee PA, probably on his first day of training , sent me for x-rays to verify if I had Arthritis, without telling me that he is suspecting Arthritis. When the doctor and his trainee PA, entered the room, they had happy face that I don't have Arthritis. I knew that I don't have any symptoms of that, my middle schooler can diagnose better than that without ordering x-rays. When I try to explain other minor problems to see if they are inter related, the doctor does not seem interested and want to get out of the room quick since the trainee PA has already made decision to send me for physical therapy. The doctor probably spent less than 5 minutes in the room and un-interested in listening. This is totally awkward situation, unfair treatment, waste of time, money, xray film… etc... COPC management may look at these things and make sure that their doctors (especially these so called specialists )treat their patients rather than a clueless trainee and listen to the patient. To his credit the PA trainee is courteous and nice to talk to.

i normally don't write reviews, but this Doctor I would NEVER recommend to no one. I went for a couple of treatments for my back, he decides to give steroid injections (2). I still had no relief from the pain. After each injection then you go for a follow up appt, with his PA, who is also clueless. On each visit I kpt telling them I have no relief of pain, WELL they reacted as though Im making up the pain. Now grant it I had a MRI done prior to their "treatment". I was highly upset with them since they ignored my pain. So I spw with my primary doctor who referred me to a pain specialist, so as requested by the pain dr office they needed me to bring a copy of my MRI that was done, WELL after my very 1st visit with the pain doctor, he mentioned he sees why I'm still having so much pain, as he looks on the MRI he sees nice size cysts on my disc that was either ignored or over-looked by Dr Natalie and his PA. And sorry to say this is going to require surgery to have it removed. I was… floored!!!! All Dr Natalie said is that physical therapy would rid me of pain. GET OUTTA HERE with that non-sense. If I could five triple ZERO stars for this review I would. All his treatment did was cost me money and time.
