Dr Nelson was great. Easy to talk to and listened to me ramble, giving great insight and helping me with my medication until we got it right and figured out what worked best for me. Does anyone know where I can get my medical records from him ? He unfortunately passed away and his phone number isn't working and I have been looking high and low to find someone to help me get my records. Dr Nelson is a wonderful doctor. I saw him at both of his locations back in 2001-03 timeline ( sorry about the exacts). He helped me tremendously in hard times. I now live out of state and need to get my medical records of my visits and I do not remember what hospital he was affiliated with. He is retired now and number out of service. I'm hoping I can find some information for the VA.

Sally does not return phone calls and lies, lies, lies!! Dr. Nelson does not listen. Absolute worst!! Stay Away!

He is standoffish....he doesn't seem to care about the patients opinions. He prescribed me a load of drugs even after I told him the first one worked fine.

I have suffered for many years and no doctor was able to diagnose me correctly. Dr. Nelson has changed my life, I am on maintenance now and have been stabilized for several years and doing well and working.
