Saw him in his Waltham office!!! Unbelievable! Great sleep doc!

Very disappointed for my experience. Suspecting I may not have "solid" sleep at night, I went to see Dr. O'Brien. I had a home test first that was "inconclusive" and then Dr. O'Brien prescribed a full test for me in a sleep center set up in a hotel. The final result is also negative. I then had two follow up appointments, at least one of them was not necessary. I met with his assistant first, who actually fixed up someone else charge/result with mine and scared me for a moment with severe sleep apnea, then realized she was mistaken with another patient's test result. I met with the doctor a few weeks later again with no new advice or suggestion for treatment either (because I have no sleep apnea). The office also charged me $25 for one of the appointments I could not make. I called the office at least 3 times and Prohealthy billing office also sent the office an email to ask them to contact me. But they refused to return my phone calls or contact me. Eventually they had a… collection agency calling my house phone daily. To stop the call, I finally paid the $25, which I think is unfair but not worth my time to argue about it. I would not recommend this doctor.
