Dr. Olson is the very best! He is caring & knowledgeable and answers our questions & calms our concerns. My son has been a patient since he was 5 years old (he is now 18yrs old). An amazing pediatric practitioner — we think the world of him.

BEST PEDIATRICIANS EVER! Dr Olson was our main doctor, but when we'd come in for sick visits we sometimes saw Dr K or Dr Hall. They were all so great! They came in on the weekends, calmed me when my first born was an infant and I was frantic with worry. They are so patient and compassionate. I couldn't ask for better doctors to take care of my most precious gifts.

Dr. Olson is absolutely wonderful! He is generous with his time, answers our questions, shows genuine concern, and explains things well.

I was shocked at the treatment I received at this office. I will say that they truly will not take responsibility for there actions.

I have been a parent for the last twenty six years and have never had such a poor experience as I did with Dr Olson's office. They state on their answering machine that if your child is sick you can get same day service, after scheduling an appointment on one day expecting an appointment the next day which is not what they promise I was still okay because I now knew that we had a appointment set. Calling on the date of appointment to verify the appointment time I was told that there was no appointments set for me that day, I have explained that I had spoken to the gal yesterday who answered the phone and she had set the appointment for now today and was told that there was no appointment for me, my information was Entered in the system the day before because I am a new patient slash business for the doctors office which again there was no appointment time for me. I had asked to speak to somebody that was in management to see if they could make a difference and was put on the phone… with their office manager, this was a real eye opener, a woman that I had spoke to had absolutely no concern for what is taking place, no respect for me as a client and being new business I was appalled. The mannerisms in which she used on the phone is such that I would have expected if I purchase something at a flea market and wasn't happy with what I got, tried to return it and was handled by out imbecile, in all my years have I never been treated with such disrespect from the doctors office that would normally be trying to leave a good first impression. I recommend that you all look a little deeper into this office before just setting an appointment.if they are willing to treat somebody new like that over the phone I could only imagine if they were treating somebody for an illness and if there was something the day may have gone wrong on their part I know they would not take the right steps to make sure they made a positive difference for their clients.
