Dr ortman is outstanding. Takes his time, listens attentively. Genuinely cares. I am sorry he is retiring

I was interested in getting a cortisone shot for my strained elbow, but Dr. Ortman didn't want to do that in an area so close to the joint. I appreciated the conservative and cautious approach. Also he worked with me to find a PT clinic that was convenient to where I live.

The care provider made me feel comfortable and that he was interested in my health issues, well-being and/or concerns. He asked pertinent and specific questions concerning current and past health issues related to me and to my family. He also offered me suggestions on ways to stay vibrant and healthy.

Dr James Ortman is the only physician I trust. Jim is incredible with patients. We need more like him.

Dr. Ortman has been my husband's and my internist for 26yrs. He spends whatever time is needed for a diagnosis or a follow-up appointment. He and his staff are like family.
