He was just plain rude

We've been fairly impressed by this doctor. He came to the hospital to check on our daughter when she was born, and followed up through when she came home. She was slightly jaundiced, so we were a little concerned. He lined an appointment up for us 2 days after we came home from the hospital to make sure we were doing okay. That was WONDERFUL. And he was very proactive with calling regarding test results.This doctor is very no-nonsense. He gives you the information you need, answers your questions, then moves on to the next patient. There's no joking, chatting, etc. He moves quickly, so you have to really pay attention to what he is saying. So, if someone is looking for a doctor to have a warm/fuzzy relationship, this isn't the one. But, he is VERY efficient.We are really liking the free samples too. Anything they have, they give you. A lot of those things are really expensive, so that is incredibly helpful. On our last visit, he changed our babies' formula, and sent us… off with a 2 week supply so we wouldn't have to pay to try it out. The only downside to using this office is the billing. They can't seem to understand the information sent by insurance. I've been overbilled b/c they mis-processed payments. They also made mistakes on sending the claims to insurance. In addition, we are being billed for claims that haven't even been processed through insurance yet. If you decide to use this office, save ALL receipts, returned checks and EOBs from insurance. You'll need them for proof.

Dr. Otrembiak is always right on the money in diagnosing. He is calm and caring and tries to give you samples if available. I trust him with my children care.
