Dr. James Palma, MD

Dr. Palma deceived me to do both endoscopy and colonoscopy without telling me my insurance is not covering them. I ended up receiving a bill of $7000, completely outrageous and ridiculous. I am utterly angry and furious.

Dr. Palma is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for about 6 months. He took the time to listen to my issues and answered all otf my questions. His staff worked with my insurance to insure I was able to recieve my proper treatment. I previously saw two other gastroenterologist's and were disappointed. I will only go back to him from now on.

Dr. Palma and his staff are very professional. When I called to schedule an appointment I was amazed of how well they worked with me to schedule and appointment. If I would have called another doctor that wait would have been weeks. His staff and very friendly and helpful with answering my questions on the phone. When I first met Dr. Palma be took time to listen and help answer all my questions. I will definitely be going back if I ever need to.

I went to him with severe pain in my right side 3 years ago. Also, extreme nausea and diarrhea that would not go away. All very clear signs of appendicitis. He dismissed the symptoms because the big tests said otherwise. He told my family member that I had a psychological problem after a colonoscopy that I forced him to give me because I knew something was wrong. 8 months later they operated and I was diagnosed with a chronic appendicitis. 20 pounds lost, chronic pain for 8 months, scar tissue in my colon, and loss of faith in doctors. Dr. Palma should stop practicing medicine.

Very good follow up. Good memory for prior concerns.

The staff is truly amazing, every one of them. Dr. Palma himself is a quiet person, but the quality of his staff says a lot about him.Wait was long but I'd like to think it's because he's that much popular.
