Dr. James S Paolino, MD

After deciding to close his office one day and canceling my grandmothers appointment with no notice we showed up today for a makeup appointment. The appointment was for 9:30 am. We were put in a room right away but had to wait over a half hour just for the resident to come in. He came in and left and we kept waiting. Come to find out that it was 11 am Palino wasn’t even in the office yet! Finally around 11:30 he strolled into the office. 11:45 he came in the room and didn’t even excuse himself or apologize. After being in the room only a minute or two he left to go find the residents, another 20 minutes. He did nothing but repeat the same information he did at the last appointment and didn’t help her whatsoever. Such a waste of time!!!!!!!

Had molar removed, able to return to work same day. Minimal pain after procedure. Will return if more work is needed.

Dr was very rude and abrupt. When given alternatives on the process being done he was sarcastic and dismissive. He unprovocably made ignorant and offensive comments and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional

I adore Dr. Paolino. He is the ultimate professional. Knowledge of his field is superior. Very friendly and takes lots of time. Each time I visit we end up talking about something from our bygone days like music by Johnny Mathis and others or what is considered a name brand watch like Timex. The staff is great. Will always try to accommodateyou. He keeps my body pain free.

Dr. Paolino is one of the best doctors around, he is a fabulous diagnostician. Many doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me, he got it right the first visit. He is very caring and really does a thorough job. I have been under his care for approx 4 years now and feel great.

I feel at ease when visiting Dr. Paolino because he understands your pain and feelings, he is also very compassionate and patient with me. He always has a story or experience that relates to my experience with a good outcome. I will recommend him to anyone with RA. He knows the effects of this disease.
