Great care and service. I've had two procedures done with Dr. Papp He provides a detailed explanation about the procedure. Asks how you're feeling and shares what is happening through each step. Staff is pleasant and professional.

I find the hygienist condescending. I had all 3, and they are all the same in different degrees. Dr Papp is only there part time and I get the impression the staff runs the office. Communication on procedures is very poor and when I called for clarification, it took almost 2 weeks to get a complete response. I would not recommend this practice

I have been a patient of this office for almost 20 years. The staff is very professional and caring. I am a big chicken comes to periodontal procedures, so I really appreciate the kid gloves treatment. My hygienist is highly skilled and I credit her and Dr. Papp's for saving my rear molars. I highly recommend this office.

I received an Implant. I am so happy with it and the procedure. Everyone was very kind and highly skilled. I also barely felt the injection. I would highly recommend this office. I was never confused, everything was explained thoroughly.

I also had bad experience with the hygienist. I had (for me) an expensive procedure done which was handled very professionally with good results. I followed up with an appointment with a hygienist who was rude to me in front the doctor and used me as an easy scapegoat to bicker with another coworker. Why a doctor of his stature needs pie holes like that in his office I don't understand.
