My wife seen Dr Parish a few times. He has not been able to find what is wrong with her and takes a passive approach. They thought it was Valley Fever, later aspirated pneumonia, now BOOP all the while the PET scans are looking worst. Without a real diagnosis they do not hesitate on a 3 month course of diflucan or a year in prednisone 60mg 2twice a day!.This is a devasteting high doze with MANY side effects (on par as taking chimo). All the while no VAT and direct effort to get a diagnosis. This not like Mayo, they have lost their edge.

I saw Dr. Parish twice regarding a pulmonary issue. With virtually no waiting time (a nice feature I have found in going to Mayo), he arrived at the exam room and proceeded to get a thorough history from me, asking and answering a lot of questions. Total time spent learning about my medical issue and discussng next steps wih me? 82 minutes! That's right - it's not a typo. Nearly an hour and a half. Outside of a social situation, I can't recall the last time a doctor spent that much time with me. I was impressed by his attentiveness, his knowledge, and overall professionalism.

Incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and thorough.
