Dr. James F Petraglia

This was one of the most horrendous experiences I've ever had in my life. I had to get a root canal and the staff were absolutely awful the doctor was absolutely awful he's on Liberty avenue in Bloomfield in Pittsburgh PA and I couldn't have had a more worst experience. He was extremely hard on my face and he was very harsh. I do not recommend this dentist at all please do yourself a favor and do not go to this establishment. Their office is dirty their bathroom was dirty and it looked like the tools he was using were dirty. I felt very unsafe and I was almost ready to get up and leave that's how bad it was. I can't explain to you how awful this experience has been please please do not go to this office. I had to go to another dentist after him to make sure everything was done correctly.

Made my appointment at least a month ago and made it clear through phone that the purpose of the appointment is for filling. Arrived the office fifteen minutes earlier to fill out forms and didn't get called in until 30min after my supposed appointment. After waiting there for one hour, I was sent home and told that the doctor don't have time for me today. No respect for patient! Terrible doctor!

I seen Dr. Petraglia for years and I have always been pleased with the service I've received. I love the staff and he envornment.
