Didn't have to wait for an appointment. Answered all my questions. Took the time for me.

I was in their office for the first time last Monday. They were very nice to get me in on very short notice due to my leaving on an unexpected trip out of town. Saw PA. All were very professional and accommodating. I was seen early, even before I had finished paperwork. I am very happy that I transferred my medical care here! Cannot say enough good things about them!

Fantastic doctor, very quick and to the point appointments. Front desk staff lacking in professionalism and efficiency. Typical phone calls to the office result in a minimum 5-10 on hold wait time (could be longer, I eventually give up). Picking up prescriptions is always cumbersome. Frequently don't have all prescriptions signed off and ready for pick up as claimed, requiring another trip to pick them up once they have it ready (again). When it is ready, the staff has the option of handing them to you so you can get on with your day, but instead makes you wait until they are finished with making notes in their computer system about it beforehand. Only efficient means of communication is via the St. John's portal, and not having all concerns addressed until in person. Be prepared for several trips to pick up written prescriptions.

Dr. Phoenix is a patient Doctor ready to listen and resolve any medical issues that are presented to him.

I changed to Dr. Phoenix hoping he would listen and help me figure out what’s wrong with me. He is an internalist he graduated with honors, but his education was a waste. He doesn’t care about me as a patient or a person. I go to him not feeling well and he doesn’t do anything to figure out what’s wrong. He doesn’t listen, he acts like seeing patients is inconvenient. He sure is happy to take your money though. You walk in sick, you leave the same with no resolve wasting money. He refuses to listen and help flat out denying a diagnosis by specialists. He’s a waste of space and time. I will be changing doctors again and filing a complaint with my insurance company.

Any time i'm there he seems distracted and not interested in what i have to say or feel is wrong.

I have been seeing this doc for over 3 years. Does blood work and increases meds for diabetes as he needs to. The office staff, I could do without. I have called and called about making meds 90 days not 30 day since they are all maintenance drugs but never do they get this across to doc or nurse. Mail order will send fax again tomorrow for refills. I will call remind them it is coming via fax, advise them once again to send RX for 90 no 30. But, wont happen.

Great doctor, to the point, works with me to get accurate diagnosis and listens to my opinion.

I saw dr Phoenix after my back was injured. He examined me, talked to me about the incident and gave me great advice.
