Dr. Piper is amazing!!! So thankful for him and his team. He knows what he’s doing and I was in between various options before deciding on him. Glad I did.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Piper.I first meet Dr Piper in late 1996 when I underwent a liver transplant . Unfortunately recurrence of hepatitis occured and a second liver-kidney transplant was preformed that was 19 years ago I would not be alive and heathy if not for Dr Piper

Told me tumor was inoperable. He told me prepare to die. After second opinion, had successfully surgery by more skilled and more compassionate surgeon.

At age 67 I was diagnosed with stage with colon cancer by Dr Peter Varunok in Dutchess County, who quickly sent me to Westchester Medical Center. Dr Savino operated on my colon tumor and saw my liver compromised with 3 additional tumors. Not much hope was given but to try everything and still have a 70% chance of cancer returning within 5 years. God sent me Dr. Piper who performed my surgery and cut over 50% of my liver. Then I followed 1 1/2 year of chemotherapy. I am now 86 years and cancer free. Dr Piper took care of me like no other. He cared, was always ensuring I was being tested and vigilant to my condition. I could not thank him enough for giving me my life back. At that time I did not know I was in the hands of the one of the best surgeons in the country, highly respected in the medical field and the accuracy of his treatment with me is what allows me to write this review today. I thank God for putting me in his hands. His staff and other professionals were outstanding and… for me who could not communicate in English, it was paramount. I have given my daughter my review in Spanish and asked her to translate it and place it here. Thank you Dr. Piper!! I was given a second opportunity in life.

Gave me a phone number of a Dr Fisher to follow up with for my problem, Dr. Fisher says that the solution Piper spoke about does not exist. Spoke to Amy Siegel, who was very rude, & never got any return call.

I see Dr. Piper for a cyst in my liver. He answer all my questions and took his time to explaining when I need to be worried. He definitely ease my worries.He has the knowledge and experience and he is very caring. I haven't met any other Dr. like him so far. Go and see for yourself. I was referred to Dr. Piper by another surgeon who felt that Dr. Piper would be able to resolve my issues due to complications brought on by acute pancreatitis. Dr. Piper explained the procedure thoroughly to myself and my wife. He also offered a solution (TPN) to my inability to eat and process food due to ongoing pancreatitis symptoms. After 7 weeks of TPN therapy Dr. Piper successfully performed surgery to reduce/eliminate a pancreatic pseudocyst. I immediately felt better even taking into account the post surgery pain. Dr. Piper's bedside manner is outstanding. He kept me involved in the entire process. I will not hesitate to give Dr. Piper the highest recommendation possible.

Dr piper saved my life in 1997 & 2002.Ihad 2 liver transplants done by him .He is a great surgeon. Never had any postop compilcations.

I had been suffering with abdominal pain for almost two years. It suddenly happened when I was at work two weeks ago. Er doctors found out that the problem was from gallbladder. Dr. Piper did Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for me. I recovered in a coule of days. I'll go back to work tomorrow. Dr.Piper did very good job. It was quick and neat. That is surgeon's manner.
