Dr. James Kent Pitcock, MD

Dr Pitcock fixed my deviated septum about a year ago. I can breathe better than I can ever remember. No more sinus congestion and no more asthma and chronic cough. Excellent bedside manor.

I went to see Dr Pitcock after suffering from severe headaches,pressure around my face and in my head . I was sure it was a sinus infection . After doing xrays and looking into my nose he concluded my sinuses were fine and that I had cluster migraines. I had never had migraines before and even argued about why I felt really sick and was sure I had an infection. He sent me home with pain meds which only helped mask the pain somewhat. I called after the weekend since I was still suffering and was referred to a neurologist and it would be 3 wks. After calling repeatedly and actually crying to the appt lady she got me in sooner. He said it was a sinus issue but ordered an mri for the following week. It showed acute sinusitis in my right Maxillary sinus . I suffered through a lot of unnecessary pain, money spent after Dr Pitcock made his snap judgement on my diagnoses. I called and lodged a complaint with the office mgr but he gave me lip service . There are a lot of good drs in that… group but he was the only one available that day . Would not recommend Dr Pitcock to anyone !

The office staff was VERY rude to me time and time again. I finally decided to go to another physician due to rude staff and no diagnosis after one year of visits for the same problem.

Professional setting and courteous staff. Busy office. The physician was nice but felt rushed and like a complete waste of time. Nothing was resolved. Try this and come back in two weeks and if it doesn't work I dont know what to do to help you..Have a nice day!
