At both of my appointments I requested diabetic shoes, NO ANSWER. I showed him the only shoes I had to wear that were on my feet were worn out, nearly broken. I asked him what kind of shoes I should buy that wouldn't hurt my feet. NO REPLY. He cut my toe nails round with irregular edges, now I have an ingrown toe nail! He also used his painful pounding "healing machine " on my feet. Now I have heel pain! I never had either condition before in my entire life! No prescription for diabetic shoes was given. Before what was supposed to be my 3ed appointment my shoe broke. I called the office asking for a prescription for diabetic shoes be sent to a home medical supplier. I was told he couldn't do that without a diabetic foot exam. I told them to use the results from my primary care physician's exam, that it's on Dr Pouillion. They than LIED to me telling me that I never asked for diabetic shoes! Needless to say I won't go back to that office. I have a picture taken immediately… after that horrible nails job, outside of his office should this come into question.
