Dr. J. Michael Randle earned his medical degree at the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in 1982, and completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Systems in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Randle is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American Academy of Spine Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Texas Neurological Society, the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association Political Action Committee, the American College of Sports Medicine, the Nacogdoches San Augustine County Medical Society, and the Southern Medical Association. He is a member of the governing board of both Nacogdoches Medical Center and Surgery Center of Nacogdoches. Dr. Randle has a lifetime history of service to his community and our country, serving as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy from 1969-1973. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors for the Nacogdoches Boys and Girls Club, is a Member of the Nacogdoches …Chamber of Commerce as well as the Angelina/Lufkin Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Steering Committee and is the Medical Director for Stephen F. Austin State University's Sports Medicine Facility. Dr. Randle is also a respected lecturer and presenter, speaking on topics such as head injury, spinal cord injuries, and sports-related injuries in addition to others. Serving as the Program Director for Impact-Head Injury at Stephen F. Austin State University and the Chairman of the Physician's Advisory Council for Intra-Op Monitoring, Inc., Dr. Randle is committed to the highest standards in neurophysiology as he promotes education and dissemination of knowledge in the field of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring.

All I want to say is how awesome Dr. Randle is!!! He cares about his patients. He was very kind and listened to every word I said. Truly a caring man. His office staff also deserves a shout out. Such a pleasant, clean and inviting setting for a Neurosurgeons office. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Randle .

Have never been to a medical office that was so professional ! Dr. Randle is an awesome Neurosurgeon that cares and listens. His office staff from the receptionist to the nurse and the PAC were all the best. The office is one of a kind but so much more. Had a truly wonderful experience with my surgery and could not have ask for anything more. Amazing!!!

I would mot recommend this doctor to ANYONE. He and his staff simply do not care about the patient. I was dumb and let this quack cut on my back twice. Worst mistake of my life. They pretend to care until insurance pays off then your a piece of crap to them

He was not a caring man at all the person you saw mostly was his PA Eric. He has the air that he doesnt believe you when you say what is wrong. And if you ask for second opinions he doesnt do that. I have heard several times im sorry i just dont see anything wrong and i dont know what to do ..

Has no education regarding conditions that might cause pain to remain or increase after surgery. He will act as if you are lying if you continue to have post-surgical pain past the normal time. In major pain, he will send a patient back to work with no limitations, so that there is no protection under the law or obligation of the employer to make any kind of accommodation for you. Basically, if his surgery does not result in your being pain-free, you are lying, even though you sign waivers before surgery that say you understand your pain could be worse after surgery. This is very, very harmful to you, because you are ineligible for disability or even further treatment by anyone because his office has called you a liar.
