Wrong dx poor advice

Excellent surgeon, put my forearm back together after a bad accident...plate, screws, nerve damage. Great job and he fit me in to his tight schedule to repair my arm which was in six or seven pieces.

Dr. Raphael is a very trustworthy physician (I am a physician, and would trust him over most of the similar physicians in the suburbs in my area). His true priorities are the welfare of patients, and, secondarily, the education of physicians in training. He took a common-sense approach to my problem, sparing me many run-arounds, tests, and unnecessary surgery that other doctors ordered. The office accommodations, wait times, etc., although not bad, are not what they are in the suburbs, but those considerations are secondary.

Dr. Raphael treated me for a fractured clavicle, rib and left hand after a fall from a ladder at work. He treated me with respect and cared about what I had to say. I am grateful that he let my clavicle heal naturally and without surgery although I was nervous about the clavicle. What I liked the most about Dr. Raphael is that he likes to have patients ask questions, and patiently answers repeat questions. I believe he understands that sometimes it is a bit difficult for non medical people to understand how the body heals itself. He also seems amazed and fascinated by the healing process. It is nice to see someone who is so excited by his work. The staff, especially his assistant are also professional, and were helpful with some paperwork issues I had.

My very first visit to Dr. Raphael, after listening to my aches & pain in my wrist. He diagnosed my problem effectively & efficiently. I did not have to go for this & that test. He does not give you the run around. He is on point!!! On the first meeting, you feel as if you've known him all your life. Would even refer Dr. Raphael to President Obama. That's how good Dr. R. is!!!!

From the 1st time I stepped into his offices I was treated with respect and a concern for my pain and diagnosis. Not only is he competent; he has a competent staff. I have visited 2 of his 4 offices and the only difference is the address. best experience I have had with doctors.
