My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rawson for many years. He is always considerate and answers all our questions. Even when needed on a holiday. I would highly recommend him. His staff is top notch also. We will be sad when he does retire.

If you are really sick do NOT use him because you will be sicker after your visit . His bedside manner is awful he doesn't care about his patients he is all about the money. He defiantly has GOD complex and I promise you that GOD has nothing to do with him. Office staff are burnt out and understaffed . The sad thing is that the other 2 doctors are very good doctors and that is overshawdowed by is awful attitude . He is a miserable man that is not interested in helping people . The one thing I would tell him is to please retire so the people of Lowdes county do not have to travel to other cities for proper health care . God, please forgive this man . He lost sight of why he wanted to be a doctor from Jump start.

Any skill Rawson has is overshadowed by his horrible bedside manner and lack of ethics. He ran about 10K worth of tests on me and found nothing wrong. I was physically and emotionally distraught when he was finished trying to diagnose me. The really bad thing is that the GI Associates of Columbus, MS, give you a hard time when you try to change doctors, so if you see him once you may be STUCK with him.

Worst "healthcare professional" I've ever encountered... Would not recommend to my worst enemy. He has made several attempts to duplicate tests ($$$) and ignored my every question and concern. The office staff is wonderful, but Dr. Rawson is an uncaring and abrasive individual that doesn't deserve to work among his colleagues.

Dr Rawson's bedside manner is horrible. The first thing he mentioned was that medicare was going to kick her out of the hospital because he couldn't find a diagnosis. He alluded that it was all in her head. Nobody continually vomits and diarrea for 3 weeks with nothing wrong.

Dr. Rawson was very knowledgeable and spent the time to fully examine and diagnose my condition. He treated my problem and fully explained my diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Rawson to all who have gastro problems. His staff was great also and made me aware upfront of all charges and payments.
