Dr. James Ervin Reed, DDS

When a patient is interested in knowing their tooth extraction history. As a doctor must be open to disclosing the procedure happened. Not hiding or escaping from the conversation. I observed this behavior in him when asked about my surgery week after the follow-up. He is expecting a international race to talk not more than yes/no and to agree whatever he says. Be aware of the 3d x-ray he charges $293 which is not covered by insurance.

FYI stuff : info from the front desk where ya "pre pay" was different info from the desist chair with Dr Reed @ESOS. So half novicaned up we decide to do the bone graph after extraction. No big deal. But it was the manor in which Dr Reed pulls everything off my mouth and says I MUST go up front and pay before he'll start. I say, I've always paid the day of service in past, what's the issue ? Just went down hill from there, so I got a refund and left,

I would rate higher than excellent on most of the above.

My DDS referred me to Dr. Reed. He is superior in expertise and bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. James Reed to anyone seeking a 5-star oral & maxillofacial surgeon.

Excellent dentist! Dr.Reed is one dentist that i would recommend to everybody who is interested in getting their wisdom teeth out. Great staff, very knowledgeable and i was followed up with my progress every few hours after my surgery. Even Dr.Reed called me to check if everything was going fine.
