Dr. James Robert Regan, MD

Maybe I caught him on a bad day since it was his birthday. After having a preliminary appt with him in which we reviewed my meds and general health, his office then scheduled an exam. He lost it with his medical assistant because she was having difficulty inputting my meds in his system (this was after the doctor had misplaced my one page listing of all my meds/supplements) and then he totally lost it with me because my cardiologist prescribed both a statin and a PSCSK9 inhibitor for my heart and yelled, "I cannot be competing with another doctor" and then said, "I cannot do this. It won't work." Then, he left the exam room! His assistant and receptionist were both helpful, pleasant, and capable. Needless to say, I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone. Perhaps he needs to retire.

Dr. Regan is a great doctor. Unfortunatley, you are at the whim of the very uneducated and rude staff. The assistants are the front desk clerks and they are very poorly trained, no real nurses just medical assistants and students training for this position trying to draw your blood. Not VIP quality.

His staff was very unprofessional and rude.

Dr Regan is a wonderful Doctor. He is knowledgeable and personalble! I trust him with my health. His staff on the other hand is awful! Jessica is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. If I didn't like Dr Regan so much his staff would keep me away.

I have had numerous compliments on how well my nose looks after surgery. I can breathe much better now too! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.
