HIPPA violations on his part during my injection. Rude man

A bit unprofessional in most interactions. Injections worked. Grateful for that. But call me and address me by my name. Not mam......also MD and nurse never introduced themselves.

I have seen Dr. Rice over the course of the last four years, during times when I have suffered pain issues from prior injuries. I can always rely on Dr. Rice's professional knowledge to pin point the problem and provide a treatment that negates my suffering. He is a very gentlemanly, caring individual with a wry sense of humor. I last saw the doctor on Jan. 8th, 2019. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of Pain Intervention. I see Dr. Rice and Mr. Pacheco for management of my spine fusion pain I am fused from T4 to end of my spine. The procedeure was done in Plano, Texas by Richard Hostin MD/ SW Scoliosis Institute. I need pain management help locally and Dr. Rice is masterful in his ability to wend his way through the rods in my back to inject pain medication exactly where it is needed. He is excellent in the care he offers.

I absolutely love Dr. Rice, Hillary and all of the staff. Dr. Rice is a no nonsense doctor yet maintains a great sense of humor. I have trust issues with doctors and he was able to set me at ease my first visit. Very thorough and knowledgeable regarding my issues with back and neck. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't imagine any place better to go for your pain management. Thank you for restoring my faith in todays doctors.

I have had 4 fractures in my spine, and he always took care of them. I was able to do what I needed to do without back pain.

Dr rice knows his stuff and my doctor sent me to him for an epidural. He took time to explain everything to me. The shot took about 5 minutes. I did not feel pain, just a little pressure and for the next two and a half months had no more back or leg pain. It was heaven. I went back to him for a second shot and after just exercise helped me keep the pain away. He gave me great advice. His bedside manner is a little brisk, but he is definitely no nonsense and straight forward.
