Dr. James Edward Richardson, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Richardson for about 15 years. I am 79 years old & he is by far the best, most compationate doctor I have ever seen. His staff makes you feel like "one of the family". They are very caring (with the exception of a few who were not there for long). I would highly recommend this doctor & his staff !

I have never met such a hateful, discriminating, crude nurse in my life until I began going to this office. The RN in the back (his wife actually) is so hateful towards the patients. I once overheard her scold a patient very loudly for having a positive urine drug screen. This is something number one that should be discussed with a patient and the PROVIDER behind closed doors, and secondly not yelled across the hallways for everyone to hear. Yes, he was in the wrong, but this was uncalled for. The poor man was so embarrassed, I felt embarrassed for him in all actuality. She is the reason I discontinued seeing Dr Richardson, which is a shame because he is a very knowledgeable man. But it seems as if she runs the show, and thinks her Registered Nurse degree is a MD or PhD. Hopefully her crotchety self dose the medical field a huge favor and retires soon!

The medical assistants are the best part of that office. The nurse is the back is hatful, disrespectful and rude. She has no business dealing with patient care what so ever. It seems what ever she says, the doctor follows. Strange operation if you ask me, she's only a nurse...

Best doctor around. ...couldn't ask for more....both Dr. RICHARDSON & STAFF !!!
