He is absorbed in everything else beside medicine. Forgot about his day job.

Awesome physician.

Years ago Dr Riser was a caring, wonderfully qualified physician. Over the years it got more and more difficult to get in to see him without an up to two hour wait,which was very common. I had to stop seeing him. He is uninterested, lacks a bedside manner unless the patient wants to discuss his sons sports activities, and is routinely late or cancels appointments. As a hard working family with a busy schedule also, we feel our time is as valuable as his and have found a doctor who respects that and is an awesome diagnostician. I am so sorry that a man who had such a wonderful beginning turned into such a self-absorbed, sad man. He had wonderful gifts and sold his soul to the managed care money aspect of medicine. Many people in our community sadly watched him go down but, ultimately, had to move on.
