Dr. James F. Ronk, MD

Dr. James Ronk grew up in Lawton, Oklahoma, and attended The University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He went to medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska; where upon graduation he received The Dr. Maurice Stoner Award, which is given to “The Senior Medical Student Who In His Personal and Professional Behavior Most Exemplifies Those Traits of Compassion and Concern for Patient Welfare so Characteristic of Dr. Stoner.” He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at The Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Ophthalmology residency at Tulane University, and a Fellowship in Cornea Disease at The University of Texas-Houston. Dr. Ronk is a Clinical Instructor with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and has twice been named a “Top Doctor as Chosen by Their Peers” in the Tulsa People Magazine. Dr. Ronk is known for his friendly and caring nature and is committed to providing exceptional eye care to all his patients.
