Dr Roth is an amazing doctor he has helped so much he explains everything about what is going on I am a chronic pain patient and I am so glad I found him and every one that works for him is amazing I want to think all of them God Bless you all

This practice loves to take your money, but does not even care about you as a human. They ordered over $3000 worth of bloodwork for me and will not even give me my results! I have called numerous times and left a message for them to call and they do not. I have tried to find Dr. Roth’s number to let him know what exactly is going on and that is a joke. I did not make my last appointment explained why over the phone asked them to call me that never has happened now they won’t answer the phone. Go somewhere else and be smart!

Hold Shots over your Medication, Shots are NOT FDA Approved for Injecting in the Spinal Area. Wait till you get your 2,000 dollar bill for the Blood work, and then another 1,200 bill from his Office. Seems like the DEA might be Interested in this Guy. Seems like the same thing the other Pain Clinics are getting busted over. STAY AWAY

I saw Dr Roth for 3 minutes and was charged 505$. I asked ASM how much would i have to pay for the sleep study and they said 500$. I had 3 sleep studies in total paying cash for all thinking i was done. 2 months later i have over $1,705.00 in bills from his office in Manchester TN. This is the break down 505$ first 3 minute consult. I paid 87$ for the visit and $50 for a take home sleep study to ASM. I thought i was done after paying the 137$ visit. I now see the 87$ was the for the Dr to rent the room from ASM and $50 to ASM for renting the home sleep monitor. $400 to review the home sleep study that was inconclusive. ASM didn't tell me this was going to be charged. Later to find out the Dr charges are sent later. $400 for the first in house sleep study review. $503.62 was what i was told the cost was for the study by ASM and paid cash. Later to find out the Dr charges are sent later. $400 for the 2nd sleep study testing with a CPAP machine. $528.98 was what i was told the… cost was for the study by ASM and paid cash. Later to find out the Dr charges are sent later. I got billed 2 months after the sleep study for his 3 minute consult and review of the 3 sleep studies that i doubt he looked at because i was told the results before leaving the sleep study. 1700$ more than i was told. This is a very deceptive Business, Dr, and practice.

If I could give a lower rating than "poor" I would. When I contacted this doctor's office to inquire, I made it clear I wasn't interested in doing a sleep study and just needed some help with staying asleep through the night. I was told it was fine to see him for office visits and get help. On my first visit, I waited an hour for my scheduled first thing in the morning appt. (how do you run an hour late for your first appoint?) and saw the Dr. for 12 minutes and was whisked onto the sleep study conveyor belt to undergo a (1) home study and (2) sleep study in office over night , or else this Dr. cannot help anyone. Really? That is his only diagnostic tool? Cannot use ... perhaps his medical education? This office poorly communicates and churns the patients through this sleep study people mover process and it felt like I was just a $$$ to them. After more than a year with this Dr.'s process, I have in total seen him approximately no more than a total of 25 minutes over 5 visits… including the initial 1st patient appointment, and my insurance has been billed several thousands of dollars. As for his office staff, they are condescending at best and mislead me several times that were effective in keeping me through the "process". Very sad situation.

My first visit he spent a half an hour explaining to me how he was turned in to the DEA and certain pharmacies are not to be used. Then after 18 months under his care, he called me a liar when I said I wasn't selling my script, and I was in fact buying supplements on the street but he hadn't been listening to me for months. He was more concerned about the latest urine test because it showed I had taken an illicit drug, but I am an ADDICT and if I don't have my suboxone I'm going to do that...he dismissed me and said he would refer me to a doctor that would prescribe me 3 or 4 strips a day which is NOT what I wanted. He simply dismissed me without even prescribing me a few suboxone to get me through until I found a new doctor. This man has no concept of addiction. Just "show me the money"

This is not a regular pain clunic. He treats pts individually as an individual. He wants to make sure your whole body and mind are aligned as much as possible. His bedside manner is beyond compare to most physicians. I was treated with respect and dignity by the whole staff. If you need help this is the place to be.

Very caring, was sent to him for one reason. He figured out that was not the problem. I will be pain free soon.

I KNOW THE TIME I SEEN DR.ROTH. HE WAS VERY AWARE OF MY PAIN ! HE HAD INFO FROM MY PCP . AND OTHER SPECIALIST. SO HE KNEW THE PAIN MY BODY WAS IN.. I WOULD SEE HIM ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED...

This is a wonderful facility.
