Dr. James Hollies Schrenker, MD

At the beginning I thought Dr. Schrenker was a good person and a good doctor but I found out that Dr. Schrenker is one of the worse person and doctor I have ever known. Dr. Schrenker main goal is to make money. Esp. since he has open his new big office. He does not listen to his patients and gets upset if a comment or question is made to him that he doesn't agree with. I definitely do not recommend him and have will never again use him as my doctor.

Dr. Schrenker needs more compassion for his patients. He pretends he has compassion and cares for his patients but he doesn't care about his patients and his main goal is to collect money. We were his patients for approx. 10 years and when we had a discussion with him about supplements that he did not agree with us, he kicked us out his patient and charge us for charges that we did not owe. We thought he was a really good doctor but unfortunately we were wrong. We thought Dr. Schrenker was a Wonderful Dr and he had been our primary doctor for approx. 10 years. However when my husband found on his own that he had some life threaten issues, my husband was kind of on his own. When we had our annual checkup, discussions happened that Dr. Schrenker did not like. When we received our bill for our checkup, charges had been made that should not have occurred and we did not owe. Several attempts were made to correct this bill but NO ONE would even explain or discuss this charge with us. … The only thing that occurred was that we were banned from being his patient. Dr. Schrenker needs to have more compassion and understanding for his patients, instead of making money as his main concern.

Dr. Schenker and Nurse Practitioner are the best caregivers that I have experienced in many years of medical needs. Their knowledge and personal caring are exceptional.

Reception staff definitely needs some etiquette or public relations work instead if seeing every patient as a pill seeker. They are there to help ease your anxiety about even being there. I know there are difficult patients to deal with, but most are just there to get better, but you still feel like a criminal just for checking in. Amber is the only one that has a wonderful disposition. The other treat you as is your trying to buy crack! As for the medical staff, they are too notch and understand completely your conundrum when visiting. They know you really don't want to be there unless you absolutely have to.

There’s a nurse there named Chasity Puckett. She is really dirty looking. Her hair is always greasy every time I see her. She stinks. She’s very annoying. She seemed to be messed up on something. She definitely shouldn’t be taking care of patients.

I think his staff is very nice, but he has one nurse that does not look clean at all. Why hire someone to take care of patients, when she looks dirty and is going to be taking people’s blood pressure and having to touch them. That does not make me feel good at all. I believe her name was Chasity. Please hire nurses that look like they at least take care of themselves.

I had an appointment with the doctor this morning. They said they needed my insurance card, old one was no good, told them I forgot my wallet and glad to text back to them. No, I would have to pay in full or I cannot see the Dr. (no wallet, I was I to pay them) I said I had been coming here for over 10 years and because I didn't have my insurance card I cannot see the Dr. Correct. I told them, I will find another doctor. I treated them as family and took cookies at Christmas and thank them.

We found Dr. Schrenker 10 years ago after an exhaustive search. FIVE separate physicians and none listened adequately to the symptoms - all used basic "cookbook" formulas/prescriptions. Dr. Schrenker listened to us, researched the problem area, actually interacted with us and didn't treat us like a nuiscance because we asked (informed) questions. There are not enough stars to rate him adequately.

The most neglectful Dr. I ever had.

I used to be able to get an appt with him right away, but now get handed off to his PA or NP. Apparently, he doesn't have time to actually see his patients anymore.
