Dr. James E Sellman, MD

Dr. Sellman, undoubtedly saved my life. Before seeing him, anxiety absolutely ruled my life. Upon awakening I would feel as if I had an elephant sitting on my chest. There were days that I felt as if I couldn't even leave the house due to this anxiety that seemingly was coming from nowhere. I even got to the point where I couldn't ride in a vehicle! Everyday activities were a chore because I was constantly attempting to duck and dodge the inevitable anxiety. Then I met Dr. James E. Sellman at his office off of Patterson Avenue. I felt as if he understood everything I was saying whereas others didn't quite get where I was coming from. He listened intently. Offered plenty of advice and prescribed several medications that changed my life. Dr. Sellman was a Godsend for me and I absolutely 100% recommend seeing him if you are struggling as I was before i stepped into his office.

This man needs to be investigated for fraud. Overbilling Medicaid and private insurance is not legal. Dr. Sellman has no sense of ethics. A doctor who smokes is a big warning sign. He smoked until 2000. In addition to not ordering proper testing, he doped me up many times. I caught him lying all the time. I hope to see him do a perp walk.

I am Bipolar and this man has really helped me after a divorce dealing with adult ADD and Bipolar and I fell apart lost my biz but Dr. Sell,am is really really helping me. Very very smart about medication and just very well polite concerned about his Patients. Makes you feel like a human than a number.. The best, top shelf Dr Sellman..Hes the man!

Over prescribes and is not up to date with current issues for millennials. He’s been practicing for a long time and is in his 70s. My friend has been seeing him and since seeing him, he has actually gotten worse. He was hospitalized, my friend was healthier, productive, and more active before starting to see this doctor.

Dr Sellman has been my son's doctor since he was 5 years old! My son is now 19..He was diagnosed with Asperges syndrome which includes ADHD, OCD, SEVERE ANXIETY, SCHIZOAFFECTIVE DISORDER..which is a mood disorder along with psychotic features!! Dr Sellman changed his life and my families by going above and beyond ALWAYS!!! I owe so much to him!! He is th dr that other drs bring their patients to when they no longer have a working treatment plan..Sellman is the most compassionate, human , doctor I have ever seen..there is hope Sellman can help you!

I've been seeing doctor Sellman for almost two yrs now and it's expensive but they work with me. This man saved my life. I was in the worst shape I've ever been in mentally emotionally and physically. I weighed maybe 91 llbs wasn't eating previously had a couple mental breakdowns that I had hidden in the two yrs before I began going here and wa suffering another one by time I got in patient therapy wasn't for me made it worse but I also ha an eight yr long drug addiction I'd been fighting thanks to the other health issues I had I've been clean and sober for almost two yrs the entire time I've been seeing him ie turned my life around and am slowly rebuilding it but I wouldn't be where I am today without him

Best psychiatrist I've ever seen. He's the only one that has been able to help my conditions.

He is compassionate. Concerned about patient welfare. Makes patient comfortable.

The man has an intellect like a planet! it seems like he knows everything. What a delight.
