If you are on medications currently, or suffer from an anxiety disorder, do not go to Dr. Selph. He will try to blame whatever your condition is on one of those things, and he will not change his mind, especially if you are young. It was obvious he made up his mind that nothing was wrong with me the first second he saw me. Even when I showed him video evidence that is obvious to anyone with eyes, of me shaking at night in my sleep, he sat there and argued with me that I wasn't. I was legitimately baffled that he was refusing to see what was right in front of him. I honestly have nothing else to say besides he is the worst doctor I've ever had, he is hard headed and terrible at his job. Find literally anybody else.

Oh, he is friendly enough and has good manners. Those things are not the problem at all. He does a few superficial tests. Then he puts you on drugs. Then, when the drug he puts you on doesn't work, he puts you on another. Obviously, he has no interest to get to the meat of things. He might not be able to find a solution to a problem, but I expect a doctor to try something more than diagnose the symptoms.

He was prompt, straight to the point, knowledgeable. I could talk to him. I can't say the same for the staff, but that is not his fault. I am not saying anything about the staff being rude or anything like that. But they did seem disorganized. But that is a problem of the Palmetto Richland system -- not the particular doctor.

Dr. Selph is an excellent physician. He spent a lot of time with our family. We had a wonderful experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

One of the worst doctors office I have ever been in! Very rude and un caring staff. Doesn't seemed at all concerned about overall well being. I would NEVER recommend this doctor.

This doctor was very rude! He was not at all concerned with my well being and did not take the time to find out what was wrong with me. His bedside manners are lacking. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!
