Dr James M. Shehan, MD FAAD grew up in southwest Iowa, and graduated from high school in Omaha, NE, then went on to medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine where he graduated with his medical degree summa cum laude. After completing a one-year internship at Creighton University Medical Center, he trained in dermatology through a residency in the Department of Dermatology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, in Rochester, MN. He enjoys all aspects of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. His greatest satisfaction comes from taking the best care of all patients with conditions of the skin, hair, or nails.

Dr. Shehan worked hard to find the perfect prescription for my psoriasis. He told me to call if I am not happy . My psoriasis looks better than it has in twenty years!

We were made very comfortable during our visit today.We were informed of every step of the procedure and were given perfectly understandable discharge instructions. This facility is to be commended on all aspects. Friendly and professional. Thank you to all from the front desk to the procedure personnell.

I had a surgery performed by Dr. Shehan on my forehead and he did such amazing work that you can't even see the scar. He is very thorough and does great work.
