Dr. James Douglas Sigler, MD

Best doctor I've had, he listens, he asks about my family, he tells me about his family. Dr. Sigler took care of my back problems. It's not the same when I do my pain clinic appointments and he's not the doctor. Other doctors are good, but they don't communicate, make you feel relaxed. Thank you Dr. Sigler for being there when I needed back pain relief.

I have been going to him for 18 months. I have had chronic lower pain back pain for 10 years and couldn't find a doctor that could diagnose the problem. There cure was pain pills. His cure was facet block on my lower back. It has been working great ?? I would recommend him to everyone.

I've been going to doctor Sigler for about 3 years now and he has helped me. Me with my pain in so many ways.if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't be able to walk. He is a very awesome doctor.

Most arrogant unfeeling dr i have ever met. Totally screwed up everything he did for me.

Filled out all my paper work and had all my medical records from prior surgeries. He looked and NUN of it ! Started asking me the same questions I answered on the paper work I had to have filled out. I had an amazing extremely qualified Neuro Surgeon and he dismissed the recommendations of that Surgeon. Staff was hateful except x ray girls. .. He did not write my therapy order for what we agreed on. He totally dismissed my Neuropathy saying I never mention it and I needed to come back... NO YOUR FIRED I DON'T NEED TO COME BACK..you should have read my records...i was there from 11:30 -2:30 pm...I will take my business somewhere else. I DID NOT get a spinal stimulator put in to be stuck with needles not even 6 mos after the implament. I felt as if my feelings were dismissed and was told my pain was not bad enough to warrent meds. For someone who did not even read my records how do you know how I feel. I will NOT be going Back

Pain has never been so bad. Worse than before. He didn't answer any of my questions and left me in the middle of our consultation.

I met Dr. Sigler after being in the hospital for four days. He gave me immediate instructions on how to manage my lower back pain. After using his treatment plan for four days I was able to quit taking pain meds. He is awesome. I unconditionally recommend Dr. Sigler. He will take care of you!

After many years of dealing with chronic pelvic pain and seeing many doctors I finally found Dr. Sigler He is such an amazing and skilled doctor I in the first time in almost six years live a more comfortable life. He listened to me and did not judge me as many other doctors have and has done everything in his power to help me get back to living a more pain free life. I will dearly miss him and pray I can find another pain doctor that comes close to what he has done for me. I would trust this doctor with my life and recommend anyone to him.

Dr. Sigler was a nice enough guy, however when trying to discuss my problem (lumbar disc herniation) he was very wishy-washy with the diagnosis. As if he didn't really know what the problem was and kept coughing and saying "hmmm" over and over. He is a new Dr, and he is inexperienced. Next time, I will go with someone who has been out of practice longer than 1 year.
