Had to go for a disability review for my lower back and neck problems. He would not allow a person to come with me for the appointment, when the paperwork says I can have a person with me. He not only would not answer any questions, he wouldn't let me ask, literally talking over me and refusing to stop his swift questions and showed irritation when I tried to elaborate beyond yes or no answers. He did not perform a leg lift, which is THE test for lower back issues. He forcefully tried lifting my arms, saying "You can lift your arms higher than that!", and then on my disability report he stated that I refused to perform an arm lift. Its very hard not to be angry about the whole situation, and my mother and I may lose our home due to my disability being denied. Unrelated, but during my appointment a nurse had a small black pig on a leash in the office during business hours. If you get this guy as your disability examiner, do everything in your power to get a different examiner. He's a… heart doctor, besides, and knows nothing of back pain or problems.
