Dr. James Small specializes in obstetrics and gynecology with advanced training in gynecologic oncology. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his residency at US Naval Hospital in Portsmouth in 2011, following an internship at University of Mississippi/Keesler AFB in 2008.
