Dr. James Randolph Smith, MD

Dr. Smith was very instrumental in getting my whole family to turn around and improve their health. He found some key issues that no other doctor found, and when they were fixed he worked with us on the everyday problems like weight and exercise to get us all on a new track. Patient and explains everything to me and again to my spouse. The staff went above and beyond whenever I needed anything, double-checking to make sure that my insurance rules were followed so I would not have any problems down the road. We have used him as a GP and my husband sees him also for sleep medicine. Best doctor ever!

Office staff will put you on hold repeatedly and hurry you off the phone when you finally do get thru! Office staff turns patient away from getting an appointment to see doctor and consequently turns business away from doctor..... when trying to schedule an appointment to see doctor.....told to take over the counter medication by front desk when it turned out to be severe Bronchitus (diagnosed by another physician) because was told no appointments available by front desk.... Was told had to wait more than a month to get in to see the doctor, front desk had nasty tone coupled with an "i could care less" attitude... Was able to get in same day with another separate physician at another separate location same day who made proper diagnosis that if left untreated could have gotten severe. Perhaps this office has too many "patients" to have a moderately favorable bed side manner .... But this "patient" has no "patience" for sub standard treatment by someone who refers to their medical… practice as professional! This office lacks attention to detail in every sense of the word! Office staff lacks human concern for patients. When tests are ordered and patients have questions...patient is repeatedly told "I don't know why"... by front desk!
