Dr. James David Spearman, MD

Dr. Spearman is an excellent physician. He takes time with patients ti explain their problem. I have been his patient fir many years with shoulder and knees and he always takes care if it. Office staff and nurses are wonderful too. I highly recommend Low Country Orthopedics.

Dr Spearman has done surgery on my husband several times in the past. When I found myself in need of an orthopedic surgeon, there was no hesitation as to who we’d have do my surgery. Savannah is very nice and everyone is very professional. I highly recommend Dr Spearman.

I felt comfortable upon entry, as I walked into a welcoming waiting area. The staff made me feel welcomed and that they cared about my well-being. They’re pleasant, professional, and always wearing a smile. I totally appreciate them all, from Dr. Spearman to the front desk staff to the PA’s and other office assistants. My level of care was top notch. They’re the greatest medical staff I have ever encountered.

My family has been using Dr. Spearman for many years. He has a great bedside manner. He listens to all of your concerns and gives you options for your treatment. He addresses you like as if you were a friend. We love him.

Almost 2 years of uncertainty...finally solved in 5 minutes...Dr ..and staff didn't sugar coat it...or try to pad the bill..I come from Conway ..at first I didn't think the trip was gonna be worth it ...but both my husband and I so far.. are glad we made the long long drive..come on visit number 2...

I had sever knee pain suddenly and called the Summerville office and they were able to get me an appointment. Wanda was so kind and came out to assist me with a wheelchair and Dr Spearman took the time to explain the course of action he was going to take.

Dr Spearman is an excellent doctor who understands the importance of each member of his team also being outstanding. He leads a team approach which is totally committed to the patient
