Dr. James Kevin Stamps, MD

Never been a patient here but was a previous employee here. Can't speak on his patient care, but valuing my family and tending to a major family emergency, attending mandatory court duty, and caring for my own health cost me my job. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, but very sad that a pediatric cardiologist and clinic doesn't value the importance of family. I definitely wouldn't bring my own child here knowing that about him/the clinic. Just a small word of advice for others seeking cardiology expertise. I would strongly recommend anyone at LeBonheur instead. You might have to pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Dr. Stamps has an awesome bedisde manner. He explained what he was going to do and afterwards his staff follwed up very quickly. All doctors should treat patients like this.

Very pleased with our experience with Dr. Stamps--he was very detailed in explanation about our child's diagnosis. He was extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time explaining everything to us. We have never been happier with a physician. He was the second opinion for us- and we will go to him over the other pediatric cardiologist for sure.
