Dr. James L Stanton, MD

The office manager Kelly has devastated this practice. I believe Dr. Stanton has given up and has no control over his office staff. Extremely poor customer service skills and no leadership from Dr. Stanton. Do not consider this office and if you are an existing patient, what you have been concerned about is true. Transfer out before any more damage occurs.

terrible customer service from the office manager, very rude

Called this office to schedule a new patient appointment. Receptionist was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She answered the phone "hello", and kept huffing into the phone like she had better things to do than assist patients. If patient care is not your receptionists forte, then perhaps she needs another job. We will not be visiting this office.

Great Doctor I would highly recommend.

Dr. James Stanton has been my Doctor for over 15 years. His staff has always be very nice and makesyou fill like your a important part of there business. I have never had a Doctor listen to you, and explainthings as much as Dr. Stanton does. I had been sick for a month, having a very bad allergic reaction to a medication that probably would have taken my life, after many Doctors and Hospital visits I went to see Dr. Stanton and he asked me if I was taking any new medications in the last few months. I told him yes,he said stop taking them. I stopped taking the medication and the next day I started feeling better. Dr. Stanton has proven to be a very important asset to my family and I would highly recommend him and his staff...

How can a medical office not care about patients? They treat you like you are seeking out free health care through their pockets. The most cold and unfriendly staff and the hour wait in the waiting room can't possibly be common practice. I can't go back there. I have health insurance and I know there are other doctor's out there who will care about my family and our satisfaction with care and treatment in such an envrionment.
