Office staff extremly rude to me from my first vist. On the second visit I didn't make it past the waiting room. First vist the office staff was so rude to me the Dr. brought the two rude employees in the room and went off on his two employees in front of me. Even as he was repremanding them they continued being rude. While I was in the waiting room I could hear the office staff talking rudely about other patients and that was also happening on visit #2. There is no privicy in this office. The doctors offie is next to the waiting room, I can even hear the doctor talk about other patients. Again no privicy. I waited over 30 mins on the second visit, and I was the only person waiting. Not once did anyone say "we will be with you shortly". After hearing office staff again talking rudely about other paitents I decided it was time for me to leave and when I did they showed no iterest to ask why or care. Worst I have EVER SEEN. The doctor is ok but his office has a weird smell.

I am outraged by how Dr. Sunstrum went about diagnosing my problem. He spent about a minute and then diagnosed me incorrectly which made me much sicker when the problem could have been resolved had he took the time.
