Dr. James Vincent Talano, MD

I have been seeing Dr Talano for over 9 years. On a regular physical, a doctor during my annual physical told me I had a heart murmur, probably my whole life. I said I had never been diagnosed with one. He sent me to the hospital for a test that agreed that I had this murmur. A friend recommend that I see Dr. T. In seconds he told me that I had a bad aortic valve and needed to seek help immediately. He also told me the best folks to see with 3 choices. I believe he saved my life. I have seen him every 3 months since and I enjoy every visit and his recommendations going forward.

Dr. Talano reminds me of a doctor that I had when I was growing up and living in a small town in Indiana. He is friendly and takes the time to discuss your condition and test results. Doctors like this are few and far between. I know that cost constraints have limited doctor patient interaction, so when you find this trait, it is very refreshing.

Can give enough accolades concerning the staff and more importantly the treatment I received at Dr. Talano's office. Wait time was less than 20minutes, and yet Dr. Talano spent at least 45 minutes with me discussing examination results, and options. Every facet of the results were discussed in detail using layman's terms. Never thought I would welcome going to a doctors office. As far as the staff goes. Each one had their specific agenda to perform, all with professionalism and friendliness. If one is looking for a cardiologist in SW Florida, seek no more. DR. TALANO is the one

Dr. Talano is by far the most knowledgeable Cardiologist in Naples. Always a pragmatist, never an alarmist, he is cool, collected and handles his patients as if they were relatives. I personally have an 18 year experience with Dr. Talano and I know I am in the best practice I could be in. Complete confidence in his judgement.
