The most empathetic , calming and genuinely nice doctor. He’s very good at what he does follows up, establishes good rapport and creates a comfortable atmosphere. I’m always trying to extend the conversation because he’s genuinely kind and good vibes. He is very mindful of how you feel, how you are doing, and if you have anxiety he will explain things and be supportive of your experience.

Best Doctor out there for liver diseases. Takes patients health seriously. Always calls to follow up.

my 1st visit he spent almost three hours with me and never left the room. He cured my Hep-C !!!!

This doctor cannot be trusted. He puts his own professional reputation ahead of the best interest of the patient. At least, that's what he did with me. And when, as a result, I changed hepatologists, his office made it very hard for me to get my records transferred.

My husband had an appt. with Dr. Trotter and waited months for his appt because we wanted one of the best GI's for the symptoms he has experiencing for months now. I research the web to find my husband a great physician and was impressed with Dr. Trotters web page. Well when my husband went in all he received was a report from Dr. Trotter and the report was from my husbands previous doctor who he has not seen in over 2 years. Dr. Trotter did "NOTHING". And he asked my husband to take some over the counter medicine. My husband has had a problem for months now and has waited to see this doctor and not admitting himself to the ER. Dr. Trotter did not send him for an ultra sound but ask him to take some over the counter meds. I am highly disappointed at his services and practices.

Dr. Trotter is personable, very caring and concerned and likes to stay in touch with his patients. He has called me to check on me.

Dr Trotter is the best Dr anyone could ever have.he has great bedside manners, he listens to all you ? he seems to be conserned about people health and needs. iam so glade i got him as my Dr. he has done a great job at helping me get back to some of my healt.I dont want him to ever leave Dallas I have 100% trust in him.need more concernd Dr like him in this world.
