A month ago, Dr. Tsai performed a Trabeculectomy with Mitomycin C on my left eye. So far, the results have been promising, and I no longer need to use eye drops in that eye. Dr. Tsai is an outstanding doctor—highly skilled, professional, and remarkably approachable. He takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and answers all my questions with patience. I highly recommend him to anyone facing similar challenges.

Dr Tsai has taken the time to alleviate most of the anxiety I have had regarding glaucoma . He is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Tsai listened to my concerns and has directed me towards the best treatment for my eyes.

Bedside manner non-existent. Two operations on same eye because he did not get all the "fluff" out the first time. After the first time, all I saw was fog. Retrieved hospital records and record for 2nd operation had an eroneous entry on it. Gave me prescription for new glasses. Had new lens put in and had difficulty seeing out of one eye. Went to another doctor who gave me stronger lens for one eye. It would have been extremely helpful if Tsai had told me to hold off buying new lens until the eye was settled. So my eyeglasses cost an extra $500. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.
