Very prompt and excellent attention to my skin problem

I have anxiety. I get nervous in doctor's offices and hospital settings. I was standing and when I told him I needed to sit down for a shot, he looked at me like, "what's wrong with you, you big baby?" He said, "it's a small needle," and walked out the door. I thought he was a jerk. I switched doctors and now I am very happy. He doesn't care how long he makes you wait in his waiting room or examining room. You do not matter to him.

Very disappointed. When Dr Turner walked into my cubical he said hi looked at the mole on my shoulder and said "we will take that off right now". Lady gave me a shot, he carved it off and left. Total time with him 3 minutes at the most. When I complained to the receptionist about the $310 charge she became very rude and would not explain why this procedure cost so much. They treat you like a part on an assembly line. I will not go back.

I had a terrible rash. I called for an appointment with Dr Turner but it was going to be over a month before I could get in to see him. So, I agreed to be seen by his Nurse Practitioner, Lori Easley, that appointment was 3 weeks away. By the time my appointment time came my rash was gone. I decided to keep the appointment to be looked over for any suspicious looking moles. She barely looked me over, said I looked great, and spent more time typing into her ipad than she spent looking at me. I was very disappointed with the whole charade. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

My first visit and I was very satisfied. I thought Dr Turner was courteous and professional.

I went for an abscess under my arm. I waited over an hour. I was called back by a female who glanced at it and then Dr Turner came in and sat down and never said a word to me. He was playing on his ipad. Another female assistant came in and he instructed the in "code" and one basically stuck a shot in the cyst sending me through the roof and the other female began cutting into the cyst with a scapal(sp) before the other barely pulled the needle out, thus causing me to scream in pain and black out, see stars, and nearly peeing myself. Then upon the instruction of female #1, Scapal girl began cutting deeper and I completely lost it, then sent me on my way with no pain med and forgot to call my antibiotic in, I had to go back and tell the girl and she said she forgot and ran to the phone to call my pharmacy. I've never experienced such pain and patient neglect in my life. He is absolutely speeding patients thru the system by overbooking and doing this at the patient's expense! He should… not be allowed to put anyone through that kind of pain without even batting an eye.

The only "good" thing I got out of this is a prescription of Lamisil for my fingernail fungus. Other than that, I got a physician that did nothing more than talk into his little voice recorder, when he could get it to work, and fiddle with his laptop. He never has gotten really personal with me to act like he cared about my condition, much less if the Humira was doing what it was intended to do. I find out about 6 months later that the Humira I was prescribed for psoriasis, actually made my condition worse than it was. I was advised to keep taking it to see if it cleared up. It hasnt and I will not take it anymore. I have consulted an attorney about the situation being I was NOT advised to the fact that Humira could/would make the condition worse than it was. Dr Quack, I wont be back!!!!

I could have written either of the 2 previous reviews! I'm surprised there aren't more views like that I saw him in 2011/12 & he was the worst. Before I could blink he removed teeny, tiny bump on my face which he said didn't look like anything - now 2 years later I still have a WHITE scar that is the size of a dime on my face. Next time his assistant did all the work & he typed on laptop the whole time. And don't ask questions, he doesn't have time & besides "he's the doctor".

As I first time patient I was appalled that a doctors assistant examined me vs Dr. Turner. Not a very good first impression, and first impressions are important in any business. I can't truly rate Dr. Turner, however I can rate his assistant and his staff. I came to his office by recommendation of a friend. I explained my condition, menopausal acne to the doctors assistant. She NEVER came came within 3 feet of my fae let alone touch it. Incredible. I felt very disrespected and felt over-charged due to being seen by an assistant vs the actual doctor. Very displeased.

He was a little too cold and self absorbed,like nobody was in the room but him and his task at hand.Worked too quick and came off uncaring and in a rush to get out of there.Made you feel uncomfortable to even ask questions if you could even get them out of your brain before he left.Did'nt even tell me how to care for my wound from a biopsy he took or even ask my permission to do it,he seen a mole he did'nt like,next thing i know, numbing shot and cut,by the way i was there for something totally different.
