I went to this office at the end of May to get a bridge and a crown. I paid what was said to be my portion after the insurance. The temporary bridge fell out the same day and I had to go back to get it replaced, because when he attempted to put it back in, it broke. It has been 7 weeks and I still do not have my permanent crown or bridge and the bridge has fallen out, yet again.I've had to have a root canal done in between this excessive temporary crown and now the doctor has been on television for abandoning the office. He has been absent from the office for over a month an I'm not the only on complaining about this poor service and services paid for, but not completed. I now have to find another dentist to complete this half done procedure. I have been in so much pain and unable to contact this office. Due yourself a favor, if you live in this area and you need a dentist, don't even consider this one.

The place is a joke and the receptionist and the doctor are both jokers. The receptionist is racist, rude, not professional and dumb as ever. The Doctor is no better. I wanted to have some crowns and partials done for my teeth and before the procedure, I asked for the entire breakdown of the cost. They gave me the cost and I paid as I was asked including insurance. After 1st 2 visits, now they want me to pay on every visit, or else they won't work my teeth. Nothing has changed, I still want to have the same thing done (I did not add anything on top of what I wanted to have done) that they asked me to pay which I did and now they want more. I had severe pain on Friday when called, no answer as they were off due to the long weekend (I am guessing). This caused my mouth to swell so much that my mouth was crooked and this caused my Blood pressure to go through the roof. When I went to my family doctor, he stated that my blood pressure is so high that it is at stroke level and I may get… paralyzed and my mouth may not get straight if the blood pressure is still high. He prescribed me the medicine for the Blood Pressure and also for the toothache. This messed my entire weekend, caused me to miss 2 days at the job (I do work on weekends), caused me to take 4 different pills and I stayed in the bed for the entire weekend thinking of the worse. I will not recommend visiting this doctor even if you are going there forever or if you are a brand new patient. This is a scam and I will take them to the court for such hardship.
