Dr. James Boyd Vereen, DO

We have seen Dr. Vereen for appx 2 years. The office confuses appointments, locations and changes your appoints frequently. There is no follow through with doctor. Referrals are never sent, prescriptions not renewed without multiple phone calls over a week a more. No return phone calls no matter how serious the issue. If you have time to waste constantly calling for the same issue this is the place. We are looking at other doctors. My sister, an RN, has gone to the appointments for Mom and felt he did not have a good grasp of our mother's issues.

After 44 years with my last doctor I had to start with a new one and was referred to Dr. Vereen. Had my first visit today and am walking on air. My initial impression of him and his staff is 5 star.

dr. does not seem to care about the patients needs. he could be more considerate. after i had discussed my medical problem with the nice LPN, i waited what seemed to be an hour, dr vereen came into the room and joined us with no apology, spoke to the LPN to find out why i was there etc. and then said 11 words to me and before i had a chance to respond he abruptly walked out the door and left us. i do not know where he went. he gave no indication that he wanted to answer my questions. avoid him.
