Dr. Mike Wages is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Wages earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Arkansas University. He attended medical school at the University of Texas health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his Anesthesiology residency and Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Wages’ practice works in concert with local physicians to provide the community the best health care possible. To maintain an active, healthy lifestyle Dr. Wages tailors an individual treatment plan for each patient to optimize care and improve quality of life. Dr. Wages and his wife were born and raised in Texarkana and live there with their four children.

Dr.Wages is very patient oriented. He takes his time in listening to you and discussing with you where your problem lies and options that you have. He is very concerned about you and how he can help. I would recommend him to anyone who has back pain that has not been addressed eslewhere. Good Dr.

I have never been to a doctors office where the nurses are so friendly, courteous and most informative. Makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Love this clinic.

From the front door, through all departments & staff to Dr. Wages himself, then right back out the door our experience with Precision Spine Care has been amazing. My husband & I have both been going here for a couple of years for back & spine injections & my husband has had the "nerve burning" procedure (radiofrequency ablation) a couple of times. Our results have been great! Dr. Wages techniques are the best. He's knowledgeable, friendly & has a great bedside manner. We are so grateful to have PSC in our area.

Dr. Wages is the kindest, most compassionate, caring doctor I've seen in years. He has spent his own time researching my pain problems to see if he can find any treatments or information that we haven't already tried. He goes above and beyond in caring for his patients. I realize he has gotten so popular, he can no longer see each patient every appt but he has hand picked a team to work with him and I have just as much confidence in his team as I do him. I'm more than pleased with him, I am THANKFUL he choose the Texarkana Area to open his practice so I don't have to drive to Tyler every 3 months anymore.
